This a solicitation for Timber Prep Sale and Professional Forestry Services for the Kisatchie National Forest located across the Claiborne, Webster, Rapides, Vernon, Grant, Winn, Natchitoches parishes in Louisiana. This RFP's services are subject to the Service Contract Labor standards and along with its attachments this solicitation will provide the wage rates, specifications, details and locations for this requirement. This solicitation will be awarded as an IDIQ/MATOC for up to 6 Contractor’s as a two-year Base + 1 three-year Option Contract. Each Option Year is not guaranteed and will be subject to: (1) funds availability and (2) sustained satisfactory contractor performance. The Option Year will be exercised near the end of base Period of Performance.
"Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
