• Planning and programming for the Airport’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including: • Update of CIP drawings • Preparation of Project Definition Reports, including detailed project description, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost and projected sources/uses • Preparation of independent cost/fee estimates (IFE) • Preparation of technical information and documentation for public solicitations (e.g., RFQs) and public works bid documents • Research on state/federal funding for CIP • CIP cash flow modeling and analysis • CIP environmental analysis, compliance and documentation • Research and Preparation of available and future Grant opportunities • Grant Writing • Assistance with airport planning, general planning, land use studies and other analysis, including: • Programming studies • Environmental planning, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations and noise • Forecast analysis • Terminal analysis • Airfield and terminal modeling • Airspace and airfield analysis • Landside and ground transportation analysis • Economic and/or financial analysis • Cost/benefit analysis • Concessions Planning • Gate Parking • Intermodal/Transit Planning • Financial Planning Support
