Specifications include, but are not limited to: HANO is herein soliciting competitive proposals from Property Management firms qualified by substantial experience in the management of (i) low-income multi-family housing, (ii) public housing, (iii) Housing Choice Voucher assisted housing, and (iv) tax credit housing as per Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, (v) tax credit compliance, (vi) investor and regulatory agency reporting, and (vii) related functions for the residential management of the developments of Fischer I, Fischer III, Fischer IV, Fischer IVA, Fischer Senior Village, New Florida, Westbank, Downtown, and Uptown scattered sites. The number of rental units identified at this time as requiring full property management will be approximately 464.
