* FURNISH AND INSTALL * This vending machine is to distribute medical and pharmaceutical supplies and will not be used for concessions. * Agency is requesting an outdoor harm reduction vending machine. Vending machine must be refrigerated and outdoor rated. * LDH will provide and maintain inventory. * Unit price must include cost of hardware, software, all required accessories, delivery, installation, and training. * In-person training for four employees must include machine operations, how to load the machine with supplies, and software use. * Vendor will be responsible for full delivery of, placement in location, hooking up the machine to necessary power sources, setting up machine interfaces, and ensuring the functionality of the machine.
