Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Respondents who are interested in serving the retail needs of its students, faculty, staff and campus visitors at LSU. The University is seeking a company with an established record of providing high quality retail services in the higher education market. All Respondents must demonstrate a clear understanding of the distinctive nature of the higher education culture and outline the important role that the Respondent plans to play in the LSU Student Union retail space. They must offer an array of products that reflect customer preferences, competitive price/value, and any other innovative branded or signature products. Respondents may offer other services beyond the scope of retail services. The University is looking for offers to fill four available spaces in the LSU Student Union with offers from the Respondent specifying which space they are offering services for. The University reserves the right to negotiate with the next highest-ranking Respondent on an alternate space than the one indicated as their selected bid space.
