The Parish requires a contractor to provide all labor, material and equipment for the Trace Maintenance Building to remove the ceiling and floor area due to a leaking HVAC unit located at 21406 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA 70471. Contractor will remove old ceiling tile, grid, electrical lighting, ceiling and wooden mezzanine flooring. Contractor will replace with new structurally sound lumber to correct sagging ceiling and reinstall lighting fixtures, ceiling grid and ceiling tile. Contractor will remove and dispose of all construction/demo debris. Contractor will have sixty (60) days to complete the job. On-site visit is mandatory. It is the responsibility of the Trace Maintenance Department to: - Ensure the space is completely clear of any office furniture, printers, phones, etc. - Ensure all materials are removed from the mezzanine.
