The Saint Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for VEHICLE PARTS AND SUPPLIES.
Bid contract is for SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of award with the option of ONE (1) SIX MONTH
renewal. If the bid is re-newed, the piggyback contract will also re-new. STPSO intends to
purchase (1) or more items for replacement parts for FORD, CHEVROLET, CRYSLER, DODGE, NISSAN & GMC vehicles within the duration of the contract.
Bids must include the following items:
* Certificate of Insurance
* Signature sheet signed by an authorized representative (signature must be original and in ink. No
photo copies or pencil signatures will be accepted)
* W9
* Vendor Registration Form
Failure to submit requested information will result in the Rejection of the Bid for being non
responsive.

Failure to have this information on your bid envelope will be cause for rejection of your bid for being non-responsive.
Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION
OF BID for being non responsive.
Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis and NO Minimum Order will be accepted.
BID AWARD
Vendor does not have to bid on each item to qualify. The Bid is requesting
percentage discounts on MSRP and will be awarded by line item to the vendor that provides the highest discount. All items that are bid
on with % discounts, MUST include the MSRP to ensure the proper discount is applied. In the event of a tie bid, the vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
- Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension
by STPSO.
- Awarded products not delivered for two (2) consecutive weeks will be forfieited and award given
to the next lowest bidder.
- Delivery Must be available to All Locations within the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office with
the main delivery location at
STPSO VEHICLE MAINTENACE
2070 Collins Blvd.
Covington, LA 70433
- Bid Prices must include all shipping/fuel charges.
- NO MINIMUM order specifications will be accepted for this bid.
The bidder represents that all equipment offered under these specifications shall be NEW. Used,
Shopworn, Demonstrator, or Prototype models ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Vendors electing to claim Louisiana preference, as defined by LA RS38:2251, et. seq., must complete
the attached Louisiana Preference Claim Form and present it as part of the bid proposal.
By signing and submitting bid, vendor certifies that this is the lowest bid prices for quality products.
Purchase orders will be issued as required by the ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and the Vendor's Only authority to ship.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s
Office Purchasing Department no later than 2:30 p.m. (CST), on May 02, 2025
