The Saint Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for ROKU TV'S. Bid contract is for one (1) year from the date of award with the option of two (2) annual renewals. If the bid is re-newed, the piggyback contract will also re-new. We plan to purchase thirty (30) or more Roku Tv's and one (1) or more Roku device attachment(s) during the length of this contract.
Bids must include the following items:

* Signature sheet signed by an authorized representative (signature must be original and in ink. No photo copies or pencil signatures will be accepted)

* Vendor Registration Form
* Specification Sheets if product being bid on is different than items being requested.
Failure to submit requested information will result in the Rejection of the Bid for being non responsive.

Failure to have this information on your bid envelope will be cause for rejection for being non-responsive.
Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis and NO Minimum Order will be accepted.
This bid is requesting percentage discounts on MSRP of Roku Tv's, pricing may be awarded to more than one vendor. The vendor(s) offering the highest percentage discount on desired products will be given first preference when ordering. Bid will be awarded the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest cost meeting the required specifications. In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. Pricing for this Bid will be effective for one (1) year from the date of Award with the option of two (2) annual renewals. All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specified item(s) listed below. Specifications of items being offered must meet or exceed specifications of items listed below. All bids must include fully detailed specification sheets, or similar data, to support item being offered if different from product specifications. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID for being non responsive. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided. The bidder represents that all equipment offered under these specifications shall be NEW. Used, Shopworn, Demonstrator, or Prototype models ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
- Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension by STPSO.
- Awarded products not delivered for two (2) consecutive weeks will be forfieited and award given to the next lowest bidder.

Vendors electing to claim Louisiana preference, as defined by LA RS38:2251, et. seq., must complete the attached Louisiana Preference Claim Form and present it as part of the bid proposal.

Purchase orders will be issued as required by the ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and the Vendor's Only authority to ship.
