I. Scope of Services The selected company will be expected to have the equipment and personnel to successfully complete the list of tasks described in this section. 1. Mow and trim the following areas as needed each week to maintain a consistently neat appearance and to keep the overall grass blade height at 2.5 inches (weather permitting): a. Town Office b. Town Park (must be checked before each weekend) c. Ballfield (coordinate with ball games) d. Haley Pond Park e. Veteran’s Monument 2 f. Rangeley Comfort Station & Chamber of Commerce g. Pump Station #1 (Main Street) h. Oquossoc Park i. Oquossoc Comfort Station j. Oquossoc Fire Station 2. Mow and trim the following areas as needed each week to maintain a neat appearance and to keep the overall grass blade height under 3 inches: a. Pleasant Street Parking Area b. Depot Street Parking Areas c. Haines Landing Parking Lot d. Route 4 & 16 Parking Lot e. Fishgate Parking Lot (includes bankings) f. 3 School Street Parking Lot (includes ditches and bankings) g. Pump Station 3 (Mendolia Road) h. Pump Station 4 (Loon Lake Road) 3. Remove all litter and debris prior to mowing. 4. Trim grass around fences, trees, beds, and walkways. 5. Haul away grass clippings if bagged, and blow all areas clean weekly, to ensure a neat appearance. 6. All mowing will begin as needed after May 1st and continue until October 31st . 7. Company must comply with all applicable laws and local rules, including the MUTCD. 8. Company conduct must be in keeping with Town policies and shall mirror the Department’s commitment to public service excellence
