The awarded Bidder must demonstrate knowledge and experience with domestic water treatment systems used to remove PFAS from drinking water including but not limited to media adsorption and reverse osmosis systems. The awarded Bidder must be able to demonstrate direct experience conducting statistical analysis of environmental data sets (3 projects within the past 5 years). This can include, but is not limited to data from: Ground water; Surface water; Soil; Sediments; and Animal or plant tissue. The awarded Bidder will have capacity to cost-effectively: Upload large data sets; Statistically analyze the data to establish trends; Identify data gaps and/or unknowns in the data; Determine potential courses of action as demonstrated by the data; Clearly communicate orally and in writing the findings, conclusions, recommendations, and actions, to a wide variety of audiences; and Use appropriate methods and tools to undertake the work.
