Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The work required is to provide all Labor & Equipment to professionally complete the landscaping, brush cutting and lawn mowing services as follows: o Spring Clean-Up - All lawn areas, crushed stone drip edges, walkways and roadways are to be cleaned-up of all fallen tree foliage (leaves, branches, pine needles/cones) and properly removed from the site. oWinter Sand Sweeping & Removal – All exterior paved walkways and concrete entryways, parking areas and roadways are to be swept clean of winter sand and removed from the area. o Brush Cutting – Overgrown trees and brush presently growing along the slope and drainage ditch that runs along the north side of the access road is to be cut back to the fence line. Also, the perimeter of the soil berm located on the west end (Church Rd. end) of the Facility is to be cut back approximately 15 feet up the slope for the entire outside perimeter of the soil berm. All cuttings are to be either mulched and spread in place or hauled off site. o Mowing – All lawn areas are to be mowed and trimmed on a weekly basis. Weekly mowing is to begin as soon as weather conditions allow and is to continue throughout September for an approximate total of 24 mows during spring & summer 2023. Grass height should be maintained at approximately 3-4 inches without heavy accumulation of clippings. All walkways, ballasted areas and roadways are to be cleared of all clippings after each service. • The successful contractor shall begin scheduling the various work elements as soon as practical upon receipt of a Purchase Order from NNEPRA. The selected contractor shall coordinate with NNEPRA’s Jim Russell as necessary on all requested work requirements noted above.
