Specifications include, but are not limited to: MaineDOT is seeking the awarded Bidder to provide the following: A user-friendly website designed for MaineDOT employees to purchase quality apparel (pre-approved by MaineDOT) embroidered with MaineDOT brand identity. A range of premium and economy apparel brands for employees to select from. The ability to quickly add or remove listed items on the website. Consistency in craftmanship and a reasonable turnaround time for delivery. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and a hassle-free buying experience for MaineDOT employees. Information about each listed item on the website and to provide a way for employees to physically view a selected garment in hand prior to customization if they so desire. Any customized request, like additional text, would need to be approved by MaineDOT Creative Services prior to production. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for quality, inventory, billing, shipping, and site management. Ordered items can be shipped directly to employees’ homes or to MaineDOT headquarters in Augusta for pick up. Bidders are to provide an embroidered sample of the MaineDOT logo on white material based on the specifications supplied on the SPEC SHEET attached above. Match thread color as close as possible to the PMS colors indicated.
