Each Day of Service • Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures • Vacuum all carpets using a commercial/industrial vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter, remove spots cleaning or shampooing as necessary including the hall • Sweep and/or wet mop all chair mats • Wipe down tables, sink and countertops in kitchen • Empty all trash containers replacing can liners and kitchen recycling. Note: paper shredder bins are not the responsibility of the provider.) • Keep Janitorial closets clean and free of odors Once a Week – Saturdays • Spot clean entryways including interior and exterior of all glass • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet) including horizontal tops, ledges, file cabinets and wall pictures Once a Month • High level dusting (over six (6) feet) including all door casings As Needed / As requested • Spot clean walls, window sills, appliances and woodwork • Spot clean floors and carpets • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator, the Facility Representative or their designee
