1. Product Specification
A. All products shall be of institutional/commercial grade designed for heavy use.
B. Contractor shall provide a manufacturer’s warranty for each piece of equipment provided.
C. Products will be used in County recreation centers and other County facilities. Products will be frequently used on a daily basis by customers and County staff.
D. All dumbbells and barrels shall meet the requirement of ASTM A48/A48M-03 Class 20 minimum or steel with equal tensile strength and ductility.
2. Tailgate Delivery includes all customs duties and charges and is net, F.O.B. destination to any location in Montgomery County as designated by ordering agency including tailgate delivery.
3. Set-in-Place Delivery includes all customs duties and charges and is net, F.O.B. destination to any location in Montgomery County as designated by ordering agency including unloading, moving to point of use, uncrating, assembling, complete installation, adjusting, connecting all services and leaving ready to operate to the full extent of its design capabilities. Agency personnel are responsible for bringing all electrical and other appropriate services to installation site.
4. Lease Terms
A. Equipment leasing will be available for 24 or 36 months Terms.
B. Leased equipment is charged a monthly charge with 0% interest and no security deposit.
C. Contractor must pick up equipment at the end of the lease term at no cost to the County.
