This solicitation is reserved for only application submitted/certified local small businesses timely registered with the County’s LSBRP. This solicitation thus comes under County Code, sections 11B-17A; 11B-65; 11B-70 and Executive Regulation 21-05AM. These documents can be accessed through the LSBRP web site at (www.montgomerycountymd.gov/LSBRP).
Offeror’s must be authorized distributors. The County reserves the right to request documentation from anawarded Contractor at any time during the term of this contract that your Company is an authorizeddistributor for the brand being supplied.
Offeror must deliver supplies to the Montgomery County Print Shop, located at 50 Maryland Avenue,Room T-35, Rockville, Maryland, and the Montgomery County Government Records Center, located at8536 Anniversary Circle, Gaithersburg, Maryland, on an as needed basis.
All deliveries are F.O.B. Destination and are inside deliveries.
All deliveries must be made between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. EDT/EST Monday throughFriday.
All orders are next day delivery unless approved by the County.
Offeror must have their own warehouse for emergency order pick-up. Offeror must have a distributionnetwork and at least one delivery truck/van capable of delivery to the Montgomery County Print Shop
Offeror must be capable of providing a full-line catalog (hard copy/ CD/Link to website) containing allproducts.
