Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The event will take place at Sandy Point State Park on August 15, 2024. The following pavilions have been reserved: Flounder, Blue Fish, and Yellow Perch. 2. Per attendee rate for the lunch shall be capped at a maximum per person price of the current Standard Meal Allowance published here: https://mdcourts.gov/administration/travel. The current lunch per diem maximum price per person is $18.00. 3. Food shall be served buffet style or boxed and including, but not limited to, the following: a. Hot and/or cold options. b. Special dietary needs selections including, but not limited to, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. c. Dessert options. d. Refills as necessary until the serving period has ended. e. The AOC prefers Offerors who can provide barbecue style food. 4. The Offeror shall provide at least two (2) drinks per attendee. The AOC prefers the number of beverages provided to allow for attendees to have access to additional drinks, beyond the minimum two (2) drinks, after the Offeror has vacated the site. Drinks shall include, but are not limited to: a. Soft drinks b. Non-carbonated beverages c. Water 5. Offeror shall provide staff to set-up, distribute food/drinks, and perform clean-up. 6. Offeror shall provide equipment including, but not limited to, the following: a. Tablecloths b. Utensils c. Ice d. Serving dishes/trays e. Napkins f. Plates g. Condiments h. PPE (e.g., gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.) i. Trash bags (disposable trash cans preferred) j. Any other required equipment as necessary. (1) Electricity and grills are available on-site; however, the Offeror may bring their own equipment/supplies.
