Specifications include, but are not limited to: HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: • Provide Statement of Approach to the Contract for providing hotel accommodation, conference rooms, banquet room, meals and enough space for ROADEO activities for 139-150. • Provide all hotel services, food services, normal conference services and all equipment, materials and staff labor needed to fulfill the terms of this contract. • Provide sleeping rooms with normal hotel accommodation amenities for all conference attendees, single occupancy required. • Provide 3 days sleeping nights with normal hotel accommodation amenities at a reduced rate for MDOT SHA staff. BANQUET ROOM (second night dinner, 2 hours): • Tables: Rounds of 8 to accommodate all participants to include tablecloths; • Tables: Two rectangular tables for trophies/plaques to include tablecloths; • Podium with mic and speaker system; • Buffet dinner for all participants.
