Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1.1 Continued design and enhancements for the WordPress-based website. These designs and enhancements will be in consultation and engagement with STO stakeholders. 2.3.1.2 Bidder must hold meetings with each of the stakeholders to gather their suggestions, requirements, and workflows for their needs. These meetings should be conducted in a collaborative and consultative manner to ensure that the website design and enhancements align with the stakeholders' expectations. 2.3.1.3 Bidder is responsible for investigating, identifying, and deploying required plugins that are needed for various operational, maintenance, security, and workflow requirements. Bidder should thoroughly evaluate and select the most appropriate and economical plugins to meet the website's needs while ensuring compatibility, security, and performance. Should plugins and/or widgets have a cost associated with them, the bidder will request approval of the State to purchase and will either be reimbursed for the costs or the State will make agreed-upon arrangements for purchase. 2.3.1.4 Bidder must investigate, identify, and deploy required Section 508 disability requirements for any new enhancements. Compliance with accessibility standards is crucial, and bidder should ensure that all new features and design elements adhered to Section 508 guidelines, providing equal access to individuals with disabilities. 2.3.1.5 Bidder is required to review website help tickets for inoperable links, data conversion issues, access issues, etc., promptly addressing and resolving issues. Attention to these tickets is essential for maintaining a smooth user experience and ensuring the website's functionality and reliability. 2.3.1.6 Bidder must review and deploy subsequent new releases of WordPress Core Updates. Retaining the most current WordPress versions on the website is crucial to maintaining security, performance, and compatibility.
