Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Control (CCDPC) within the Maryland Department of Health is soliciting services for graphic design, formatting, and production of a State Plan to Address Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD): 2022-2026 (the State Plan). The State Plan will be distributed to various stakeholders in Maryland and provide information on the burden of ADRD in Maryland and recommendations and strategies to address ADRD. The Virginia I. Jones Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias Council conducted a comprehensive review and revision process to update the previous (2012) State Alzheimer’s Plan and released the updated State Plan in May 2022. Graphic design services are being solicited to make the State Plan more user-friendly and easily digestible for stakeholders and partners.
