Specifications include, but are not limited to: o SECTION I – PURPOSE/GENERAL CONDITIONS ▪ PURPOSE – SMCPS is seeking service, start up, repair & winterization of athletic field irrigation systems, as directed. ▪ PRICING - Pricing must include hourly cost per mechanic/helper for regular time, overtime, and holiday time. Supporting documentation must be supplied for all charges to SMCPS (including charges for transportation and fuel). All repairs must be pre-authorized by SMCPS with signature of approver including date. o SECTION II – FACILITIES/REQUIREMENTS ▪ The following facilities are included in this RFQ. New and/or possible transitional or temporary facilities may be added. SMCPS may also eliminate specific facilities during the term of the agreement. ● GREAT MILLS HIGH SCHOOL 21130 Great Mills Road Great Mills, MD 20634 ● LEONARDTOWN HIGH SCHOOL 23995 Point Lookout Road Leonardtown, MD 20650 ● DIVISION OF SUPPORTING SERVICES 27190 Point Lookout Rd, Loveville, MD 20656 o SECTION III EQUIPMENT ▪ The contractor is to supply all tools, materials, equipment, and work force to repair, maintenance, and service the irrigation systems located at the facilities identified in this document, as directed. New pieces of equipment purchased during the term of the contract shall be covered under this agreement. o SECTION V CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ▪ Materials provided by the Contractor: During the course of the contract, the contractor may be requested to provide materials necessary for completion of tasks being performed. The contractor will be reimbursed by St. Mary’s County Public Schoolstheir cost of materials plus markup when submitted with receipt. ▪ Material Safety Data Sheets: Contractorshall provide MSDS sheets for all applicable products prior to the start of the work.
