Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will be required to provide equipment, operators, labor and materials as needed to perform the following work: 1. Implement sediment and erosion control measures as required. 2. Site preparation with clearing and grubbing. 3. Excavation of trenches to the depths shown on the construction plans. 4. Installation of piping and cleanouts as shown on the construction plans. 5. Purchase and backfilling of trenches with non-calcareous stone to the depths and grades shown on the construction plans. 6. Revegetation of all disturbed areas. 7. All other work described in the construction plans and specifications. The Bennett Mine Drainage Abatement Project will collect and transport mining effected water seeping into a basement which has created a public health and safety issue. The project is located along Rockville Street in Lonaconing, Allegany County, Maryland.
