a. Procure the H700 nodes and add-ons for both WSSC facilities with quantities and specifications listed in the spreadsheet (Exhibit A - Dell BOM.xls) b. Refresh A200 & H500 nodes to the H700 nodes at both WSSC facilities leveraging the Dell PreDeploy Plus Powerscale Expansion services as outlined in the documents titled Exhibit D - Powerscale Expansion-fs.pdf and Exhibit C - PDP Powerscale Isilon and Add ons SB.pdf, ensuring that all data, security permissions and settings are carried over from A200/H500 to the H700 hardware. Key tasks include but are not limited to: i. Conducting planning and designing sessions with WSSC technical staff. ii. Coordinating and executing all activity in conjunction with WSSC technical staff and ensuring all WSSC established policies and procedures are followed (i.e. physical access, security, change management). iii. Prepare as-built document(s) and diagrams(s) through the course of the project. c. Sanitize data from the A200/H500 nodes from both WSSC facilities as outlined in the document titled Exhibit B - Dell Sanitization Enterprise.pdf i. Produce erasure certificates/summary for assets that were successfully sanitized. ii. Physically hand over assets that failed sanitization to WSSC personnel. d. Provide 5 years of Dell Maintenance (HW/SW) Services.
