1. Contractor shall complete the ChargePoint University online course to become a certified installer prior to the start of construction. Refer to the following website: https://www.chargepoint.com/partners/commercial-installers 2. Remove existing abandoned CT cabinet, meter and associated conduit in Main Electrical Room. 3. Install adjustable electronic-trip LSIG enclosed circuit breaker for transformer primary overcurrent protection and tap the bus in existing Main Substation Distribution Section in Main Electrical Room. 4. Coordinate and schedule power outages with Using Agency and Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE). Power outages shall take place on weekends. 5. Provide transformer primary feeder wiring and overhead conduit, and route at through parking area and aisle in Sub-Basement Level. Establish conduit routing in field in coordination with existing sprinkler piping/heads, conduits, light fixture, water pipes, building structure, etc. Provide pull boxes at ceiling. 6. Provide dry-type transformer, concrete pad and bollards in Sub-Basement Level. 7. Provide non-fused disconnect switch for primary feeder at transformer. 8. Provide secondary feeder wiring and conduits from transformer up to Panel EV located in Basement Level above. Provide conduit penetrations through floor. 9. Provide Panel EV and mounting supports. 10. Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment shall be supplied by DGS. A total of six (6) EV charging stations: four (4) dual port pedestal mounted, one (1) single port pedestal mounted, and one (1) single port wall mounted. Install and activate the EV charging stations per manufacturer’s installation requirements.
