The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Eaton Corporation, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
