Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Furnishing all parts, tools and labor to service and make both standard and emergency repairs on equipment to include but not limited to the following: Bobcat, Backhoe, Riding and Push Mowers, Tractors, Snow Equipment, Weed Eaters, Chainsaws, and Blowers. • Provide intermediate maintenance, preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections/tests; repair/replace unserviceable parts, repair accessories and auxiliary equipment and body and structure repair. • Provide equipment repair parts equal to or that exceed the quality of replacement parts supplied by the original equipment manufacturer. • Commercially purchased or contractor rebuilt parts may be used if they are equal or exceed the quality of the original parts. • Provide an on-call contact number and respond within four (4) hours on weekends, holidays, and after normal working hours for emergency equipment repairs. • Contractor will maintain/repair all equipment to the standards of the manufacturer. • Contractor will clean and test all equipment after performing maintenance. • Replenish fluids/lubricants to include but not limited to: engine oils, transmission, brake and hydraulic fluids, gear lubricants and coolants that meet the standard set forth in operating manuals and manufacturer directives. • Repair and replacement of equipment tires IAW all local and state regulations. Disposal of unserviceable tires shall be the contractor’s responsibility. • Maintaining maintenance logs and providing logs to DYRS upon request.
