Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Upon accepting an assignment from MPT and noting the deadline that accompanies the assignment, the contractor will execute the work and will provide to MPT (or to another designated recipient such as a commercial printer) the final, production-ready artwork. 2. Assignments may involve the preparation of digital and print materials for specific MPT television programs or for general institutional purposes. The contractor may expect to receive assignments related to: • annual report • event invitations • fact sheets • informational flyers • infographics • posters • signage • presentation templates • logos/branding materials • brochures • program booklets; 3. At the conclusion of a job and upon acceptance of the contractor’s work by MPT, the contractor will issue an invoice. 4. Bidder’s quotes for the jobs listed on the request form will be used for pricing all work assignments. 5. MPT may assign work listed above or other tasks in actual day-to-day practice, but it is not feasible to list every conceivable type of design work that may be requested.
