The MVA is contracting for the services of qualified, professional independent Contractor(s) to provide HVAC maintenance, preventative maintenance and controls services in accordance with the attached terms, specifications and general conditions. Areas of work shall include all aspects of HVAC and control work, such as new installations, service of existing systems, and other related work. 2.2.2 The Contract includes unlimited twenty-four (24) hour emergency service. 2.2.3 The MVA expects these specifications and the contract awarded pursuant to this IFB to provide for all work necessary to keep ALL existing HVAC systems and all components operating efficiently and maintained as such for the entire term of this Contract at the Contractor’s awarded bid prices. 2.2.4 This Contract includes all labor, materials, replacement parts, test equipment, tools, programming materials, transportation and service necessary to ensure the satisfactory performance and efficient operation of the HVAC and control equipment, associated devices and ancillary equipment as listed herein, located at the MVA HQ facility.
