A five (5) year CBU contract that gives COM the ability to dial the z16's capacity setting of A01 up to match the size/capacity of the Production z16, for Disaster Recovery (DR) testing or in the event of an actual disaster. The five (5) year contract includes 10 DR tests (one for each CBU year plus five additional for a total of ten (10) tests in initial contract). Each CBU DR test lasts for up to 10 consecutive days and tests can be replenished for the term of the contract if needed. An actual disaster incident can last up to 90 days and can be replenished during the term of the contract.
