Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide Harford County Department of Social Services seeks a part-time, contractual Kinship Navigator to assist formal and informal kinship families access services and supports for children in their care and custody including but not limited to accessing economic benefit programs, health care, educational services, behavioral health services, leading and facilitating support groups for Kinship families, and to provide training for Kinship Families. Strict adherence to client confidentiality is a requirement of the position. The position is up to 22 hours a week. Ideal candidates should be familiar with the child welfare system, have knowledge of the array or services and supports to the population in Harford County.
