Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MPT project will encompass: (1) purchase and installation of a double-sided LED display on an existing brick pylon at the MPT driveway entrance on Owings Mills Blvd. (including technology/equipment needed to program the display for changing text, images, and/or video elements from an in-building location; the cellular connectivity to enable the daily programming of the display boards must be achieved without MPT incurring additional monthly cellular service fees) (2) two entrance electrical signs on the building facade over the primary entrance doors LED Display Double-sided 5’ x 8’ LED display – Watchfire 10mm display and installation on 8’6” x 13’ pylon faces; Manufacture and install one exterior lobby entrance sign; Manufacture and install one Kaplan Studio entrance sign; LED Display Double-sided 5’ x 8’ LED display – Watchfire 8mm display and installation on 8’6” x 13’ pylon faces
