Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of the Public Defender is seeking a Contractor to provide conference center services for approximately 600 employees attendees to host the 2025 OPD annual Training Conference. Almost all attendees will require lodging and food. While attendees will pay the costs of hotel rooms, these will be provided by the offeror at a discounted group rate that shall be specified in the proposal. We will need a combination of single, double, king and suite rooms with kitchens. Catering services required. Nearby restaurants, and local entertainment options.
