1.1.The Town of Ocean City Procurement Department will conduct a formal Request for Quote process with a three-Quote minimum, review the submissions, and formally Award Vendor. 1.2.Signage display shall use premium 12-gauge steel and/or equivalent material and stand at a final overall size of 72”. 1.3. Letters on the signage shall be 60” in height with a depth of 12”. 1.4. Letters shall be attached to a 12” tall by 16” metal base with ¼” thick dimensional lettering for OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND. 1.5.Base and signage shall be removable for winter storage. 1.6.Anchoring is anticipated to be onto existing concrete pad. Vendor shall include signage anchoring system necessary in Quote total cost. 1.7. Signage shall meet and/or exceed polyurea ULXT66 and/or equivalent coating standard. 1.8. Letters shall be painted in high-quality exterior-grade paint in the colors consistent with the Town of Ocean City’s branding, as provided by the Town of Ocean City Tourism Department. A mock-up design for visual reference may be provided to Vendor upon request. 1.9.Project will be executed as a standard Town of Ocean City Purchase Order with Vendor. 1.10. Total cost shall include shipping and delivery to the Town of Ocean City Public Works Department at 224 65th Street, Ocean City, Maryland 21842.
