The City of Frederick is requesting that the prospective pool management company (Proposer) submit a proposal for the operation of the pools in accordance with this project. A complete listing of Days and Hours of Operation, as well as a Staff Worksheet, is provided within this project description. The City would expect the successful Proposer to include the following within their respective proposal: 1. Opening and closing of the pools, to include draining and cleaning. 2. All staff salaries. 3. All required pool chemicals, reagents and test kits. 4. All custodial supplies including toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products. 5. All first aid and pump room safety supplies. 6. A minimum of a $10 million umbrella insurance policy.
