Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will provide three virtual lifestyle coach training events during the state fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025). Each training event class size should consist of a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 15 participants, for at least 36 new lifestyle coaches to be trained over the course of the year. The vendor will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the virtual platform which is used for the training events. Additionally, the vendor should provide at least 300 hours of Advanced Coach Training (ACT) opportunities for active lifestyle coaches and program coordinators working or located in the state of Maryland. These ACT opportunities may be delivered live or through the provision of access to recorded webinars or podcasts. Training opportunities must meet criteria to be counted towards the two hours of annual ACT required for Lifestyle Coaches and Program Coordinators as outlined on page 8 of the 2021 DPRP standards.
