a) DGS is seeking information on firms that meet the following minimum qualifications: b) Be the owner or controller of an Eligible Renewable Energy facility greater than 10 megawatts, or be the owner, or have site control, of a site within PJM or in a control area adjacent to the PJM service territory where an Eligible Renewable Energy facility greater than 10 megawatts shall be constructed. Solar facilities must be connected with the electric distribution grid serving Maryland. c) Have a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Power Marketing License; d) Have made all filings and applications required for accreditation of the facility in GATS and for the registration, origination and transfer of Environmental Attributes from the facility that are eligible for origination, registration and transfer under GATS
