Providers must comply with State Finance and Procurement regulations(See COMAR 21.05.12) Non-Competitive Negotiated Procurement of Human, Social or Educational Services.DJS is seeking to contract with a provider for Fiscal Year 2024 in 2 Areas:1. DJS is seeking to contract with providers for Fiscal Year 2024, beginning April 17, 2024 who are licensed to operatenon-residential services and programming for youth who are under the supervision of the Department and have beenidentified as needing Family Centered Treatment. The Department is looking to provide these services for an ADP of10 families in the State of Maryland. The provider for these services must have a current rate through the IRC.2.DJS is seeking to contract with a provider for Fiscal Year 2024, beginning April 17, 2024 with a licensed non-residential service provider that can provide both Pre-Adjudication service linkage and monitoring in the State ofMaryland. The provider for these services must have a current rate through the IRC.
