Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The location for all work to be performed is Havre de Grace, CSMS Shop 301 Old Bay Lane Havre De Grace, MD 21078. B. The purpose for the Contract is to tear off existing 60 feet by 75-foot area of the roof and replace it with a new roof at the CSMS shop. 3. TYPE OF WORK: A. The Contractor shall install a new black 3.8 mm thickness GAF Torch Down Ruberoid roof approximately 75 feet by 60-foot (4500 square feet) area. B. The existing roof material on the building shall be removed, and a new Torch Down Ruberoid installed. In addition, any damaged wood deck underlayment shall be removed, and new exterior grade plywood scabbed into place to provide a sound flat surface for the new Torch Down Ruberoid roofing. The roofing shall be GAF charcoal /black 3.8 mm.
