This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Army Contract Command to identify potential sources, and if future efforts can be competitive. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is identified as 541715. This SSS is to notify companies that the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Research Triangle Park Division is seeking qualified sources for the Sole Source acquisition of the following competencies:
