The work to be accomplished under this contract is for the Maryland Police and Training Commissions (PCTC) located at 4852 4th Street, Sykesville, MD 21784. The successful Contractor is to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, coordination, etc. required for tuckpointing and restoration to preserve the brickwork integrity and aesthetic appeal of the Men’s Home, and the Jones and Administration Buildings. This project includes the tuckpointing of all affected brickwork areas including but not limited to walls, chimneys, and other brick surfaces as identified. All work is to be in accordance with the most recent version of the State of Maryland, Department of General Services, General Conditions for Construction Contracts, bid documents, and references contained in this scope of work.
