This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Rehabilitation Services (MSDE, DORS or the "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Rehabilitation Services: DORS is seeking a vendor to provide a vehicle modification for a DORS consumer by furnishing and installing all adaptive equipment necessary to assist the individual with functional limitations due to disabilities.
