Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council is accepting proposals to design and develop a new website to replace the existing site (www.md-council.org). There is a separate solicitation for hosting; please indicate if that is a service you also provide and you would like to provide a quote. The site’s design will integrate the Council’s existing colors, logo, and overall branding. (The Council’s style guide will be provided.) The Council will provide all content (copy, images, and media). Updates (copy, images, and media) will be managed by staff members who have limited web experience. The new website design should have a clean, vibrant look with bold, engaging photos. Content must be presented in a streamlined fashion, with information that is intuitively organized and easily navigated. Photos will be the Council’s images, not stock pictures. The content management system should allow for easy updates of text, photos, and other media.
