Design a modern-day community center, operated by Parks and Recreation, that meets the needs of the Westside community, within the context of Westside Regional Park. Provide full architectural and engineering design services for an approximately 24,000 SF community center that thoughtfully meets the needs and expectations of the Westside Community. Beyond traditional design services rendered, the scope of work must include the following: - Three to four community engagement meetings (charrettes) held within the neighborhood. - Report out of SD design to the elected officials in a public workshop. - Conceptual exploration sketch for future community center additions (phase II) - Construction administration services during the construction phase.
