Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Park Service is looking for a contractor to operate 10 campsites located on Wolf Den Run State Park, 1699 Upperman Road, Oakland, MD 21550. The campground opened in December 2020. Visitation for the campground through August 2021 was 338 campers. The income for camping from December 2020 through July 2021 was $1618. The contractor would be responsible for making reservations, maintaining the campsites to Park Service standards, enforcing park rules and regulations and communicating to staff any issues that may arise. Maintaining of sites will include mowing, keeping fire rings clean and site surface clean. It will also include the sale of firewood, provision of restroom facilities and trash removal for campers.
