Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS or Department) is soliciting bids to acquire a vendor for the purpose of maintaining our air conditioning systems at the DPSCS’ Information Technology and Communications Division - Data Center, located at 1201 Reisterstown Road, in Pikesville, Maryland, 6776 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore Maryland. The overall purpose of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance, service and repairs for all Public Safety Data Center Air Conditioners, Water Tower, Chemical Water Treatment, Water Softener and Water Detection Systems located at the data center in Pikesville and at the Reisterstown Road Office Complex. Because these units provide environmental control for the operation of critical criminal justice information application systems and equipment, it is essential this equipment be maintained by experienced professionals who provide high tech professional services for the computer room environmental systems. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision, Insurance, etc., necessary to provide preventative maintenance, service and repairs following the specifications below.
