The COM is looking for a proven solution that meets the following technical requirements: 2.3.5.1 The Solution must have a minimum of three (3) commercial or government clients, installed and operational within the last three (3) years with similar size and scope to be determined. 2.3.5.2 The Solution must be a COTS solution that can be hosted on premises within COM’s environment. The Solution must be configurable to work with COM’s Teradata data warehouse and RSI’s Revenue Premier tax system. 2.3.5.3 If the offeror is unable to provide an on-premises solution, any part of the solution that is cloud based containing COM data, or integrating with COM’s data warehouse must be running in GovCloud environment (Vendor or COM’s instance). COM must have its own tenant within the solution to prevent any comingling of any COM data. 2.3.5.4 The Solution must work with CrowdStrike and other COM monitoring systems. 2.3.5.5 Any solution must meet all IRS Publication 1075 requirements. 2.3.5.6 Any solution must meet State of Maryland and COM security requirements using NIST 800-53 R5 moderate baseline. 2.3.5.7 User and system access must support multi-factor authentication. 2.3.5.8 Vendor technical lead and implementation team must come on premises to Annapolis campus to meet team and work on implementation as needed.
