A. General Requirements: i. The Scope of Work (SOW) shall include all hardware and the installation of said hardware to provide the level of video coverage required per the details outlined in Attachment X. This includes, but is not limited to, the cameras, network equipment, conduit, structured cabling, and electrical work. ii. At a high level, the City is seeking video coverage of the vehicle access points, the pedestrian access points, the elevator lobby areas, and the stairwell access doors on each floor of the garage. The City is not seeking coverage of the interior of the elevators or the stairwells, nor is it seeking full coverage of interior of the parking garage. iii. Configuration of the cameras within Milestone XProtect is not within scope. iv. Network switch configuration is not within scope. v. Pricing for Milestone XProtect licensing may optionally be provided in the Offerors bid. It will not be used for scoring purposes. Regardless if pricing is provided, the City may elect at its sole discretion to procure its own Milestone XProtect licenses. vi. The City has a preference for Axis or Cisco network switches. vii. A successful proposal will include the model of each item proposed for a given location. B. Specific Requirements: i. To maintain a consistency with the City’s existing camera fleet, offerors shall propose Axis brand network cameras. ii. Except where noted, all cameras shall support Axis Loitering Guard or Axis Object Analytics. iii. All equipment shall be installed per the manufactures recommended installation guidelines. iv. All cameras shall be powered via Power-over-Ethernet. v. All data cable in public areas shall be run in conduit. vi. All ethernet cable shall be Cat 6A STP. vii. All fiber optic cable shall be Single-Mode OS2 terminated into SC/APC connectors. viii. All network equipment and PoE PSE shall be connected to a UPS that provides a minimum of 5 minutes of runtime. ix. The Contractor shall coordinate with City staff for adding the cameras to the City’s existing network. C. Add-Alternative Options: i. Option One: Add speakers to levels 1 – 6 lobby locations for the purpose of integrating with Axis Object Analytics and playing pre-recorded anti-loitering message. ii. Option Two: Add a speaker to the level 6 lobby location only for the purpose of integrating with Axis Object Analytics and playing a pre-recorded anti-loitering message.
