REHABILITATION OF THE NEW BOSTOM MAIN INTERCEPTOR (NBMI) IN SOUTH BOSTON. THE CONTRACT INCLUDES SLIPLINING APPROXIMATALEY 502 LINEAR FEET OF 102" DIAMETER REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE (RCP) WITH A 93.5" DIAMETER GLASS FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC (GPR) PIPE, SPRAY ON REHABILITATION LINING OF 60 LINEAR FEET OF 36" RCP WITH A GEOPOLMER AND EPOXY LINING, REPLACING, MODIFYING AND/OR REHABILITATING WALLS, BRICKWORK, RISERS, AND APPURTENANCES IN THREE (3) SPECIAL MANHOLES, CONSTRUCTING A 34" PVC EXTERNAL DROP FOR ONE SPECIAL MANHOLE AND REPLACING ADJACENT 20 LINEAR FEET OF 24" DI WITH 24" PVC, AND BYPASSING OF DRY WEATHER FLOWS, CLEANING AND TELEVISING THE SYSTEMS CONTROLLING GROUNDWATER AND OTHER AUXILIARY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROJECT. THE ENGINEERS ESTIMATE FOR THIS CONTRACT IS $8.916.864.
