Replacement of windows will include all labor & materials needed to remove, preparation of area & installation of new windows. New windows must adhere to the architectural style of building & match the design of the current windows. Window frames may also need to be replaced due to deterioration of frames. Included, must be screens & storm windows. Selected vendor will be responsible for the disposal of the current windows.
