25026 - Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25026 for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thurs., Sept. 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. Bid packages will be available on Wed. Aug. 28, 2024 at bidnet direct.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
