Description

The City of New Bedford (“City”) is seeking to enter into a service agreement with one Owner’s Project Manager, as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A ½ and as further defined by the provision of this Request for Services (“RFS”), to provide an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the New Bedford Regional Airport Terminal & Capital Building Project. The agreement will be effective through June 30, 2027, with two (2), two-year options to renew at the City’s discretion.
